Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

This is a legal agreement between the person using EmiliaNoraElina.com & ManifestWithMoon.com ("you" or "your") and the owner and operators of ManifestWithMoon.com ("we", "us" or "our"). This agreement governs your use of the ManifestWithMoon.com service ("the service"). By accessing materials on the ManifestWithMoon.com website ("Web Site") you agree with these Terms of Service ("Terms of Service") and our Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy").

Jurisdiction

If a dispute arises under this agreement, we agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the following location: Slovakia. Any costs and fees other than solicitors/legal/attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us.
If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration at the following location: Slovakia, under the rules of European Union Arbitration laws. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.
